Just looking to relax and enjoy the Hill Country? Relax and unwind with our Revitalization Package. Lay back and enjoy a welcoming assortment including Hill Country products. Our basket contains private label wine, soap, lotion, lavender plant, handmade chocolates from Fredericksburg’s own Chocolat, and a pair of A Place in Time wine glasses. Lay back, take a breath, and let your visit be a memorable one - $80 Hill Country Biking Package “A road cyclists dream, the Texas Hill Country offers
many miles of quiet hilly roads, substantially great weather; and friendly,
entertaining towns…An ideal cyclists' home base, Fredericksburg offers great
restaurants, bountiful lodging, and numerous attractions.” (CycleTexas.com)
At A Place in Time we strive to provide the most convenient services to
visiting cyclists. Together with Hill Country Bicycle Works we can have road
bikes or comfort street bikes awaiting your arrival at the bed and
breakfast. Whether it be riding around town or hitting the hills, this
package will make sure you are ready to go. (Please be sure to let us know
as soon as possible should you require this package as rentals are limited.
The months of March, April, and October are especially busy.) -
$25/day or $125/week Add a gourmet heart healthy picnic lunch to your ride for $15/person (Please be sure to notify us at least 3 business days in advance to ensure the best service for your excursion.) It’s all about relationships. Break away from the normal flow and focus on each other. A Place In Time will help you with customizing your event to make it very special. Our special moments gift basket includes two A Place in Time monogrammed bathrobes, chilled champagne (or non-alcoholic sparkling beverage), a long-stem rose, and handmade chocolates…an additional $149.00. Sound inviting? We hope so. Come visit, rest and renew. Fishing Rainbow trout in the Hill Country? Fly fishing at its best on private water. We can rustle up a guide and you’re on your way to some awesome memories. My first time out in 2004, I hauled in 4 healthy rainbows 16 inches and up. Don’t forget the summer fun with the Llano, Pedernales and Guadalupe Rivers so close. We’ll pack up a lunch and help you on your way. Shop Til’ You Drop Year-round world class shopping. We’ve taken a survey and Fredericksburg outshines most other destination shopping settings. From crafts to Christmas stores to Amish furniture and antiques to wild flowers. You supply the energy and we’ll equip you with a map and bottled water. Wine Tour Jon’s personal favorite ever since he discovered Chisolm Trail Winery. Get on your bicycle or just drive carefully to sample the wonderful world of wine in the Hill Country. We’ll help with a picnic basket, a map and some great ideas for back country drives. Golf Tour You can bet that the Hill Country has some great golfing venues. You can start right here in Fredericksburg at the Lady Bird Johnson Golf Club. Next, it’s time to take a short drive south to Comfort or to Kerrville where you’ll find at least 3 courses that are always in excellent shape. Who knows, your significant other may just want to do our shop til’ you drop package while you take to the links.
